Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of Asset Health Global, including account access, movement tracking, learning pathways, company challenges, community features, and related services.

Asset Health Global is operated by Lifearmor Tree (Pty) Ltd. For the Huawei App Gallery version, the store account holder is James Malcolm Ruthven Murray.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Asset Health Global, users agree to these terms and to any additional program rules issued by the employer, organization, or program sponsor. Users must be authorized to join the relevant company or wellness program.

Accounts and access

  • Users are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
  • Organizations may manage participant access, challenge membership, pathways, and company-level visibility.
  • Asset Health Global may suspend access where misuse, security risk, or policy breaches are identified.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content in feed, chat, profile, or community features.
  • Do not manipulate steps, challenge outcomes, rewards, or leaderboard positions through fraud or automated means.

Challenges, pathways, and rewards

Asset Health Global may offer short-term step challenges, learning series, pathways, XP, missions, or organization-specific reward mechanics. Availability, scoring, prizes, and eligibility may vary by employer or program sponsor and may change over time.

Health and wellness disclaimer

Asset Health Global supports wellness participation and education. It is not a medical service, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used for emergencies. Users should seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.

Third-party services and device sync

Some features depend on third-party services such as Fitbit, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, or Health Connect. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Asset Health Global is not responsible for external service availability or policy changes.

Intellectual property

The app, brand assets, product content, learning content, software, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. User-generated content remains subject to the rights and permissions required to operate the service.

Termination and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated where accounts are inactive, program access ends, security issues arise, or these terms are violated. Asset Health Global may update these terms from time to time, with the effective date changing when material updates are made.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Health Global is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Liability should be limited according to the governing contract and applicable law. Add the organization's final liability wording and jurisdiction before publishing.
