Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Asset Health Global handles account data, step data, connected platform access, account deletion, and related user privacy rights across the mobile app and related services.

Effective date: March 12, 2026 Applies to: Asset Health Global mobile apps and related services

Legal entity

Asset Health Global is operated by Lifearmor Tree (Pty) Ltd across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery versions of the app.

For the Huawei App Gallery version of Asset Health Global, the store account holder is James Malcolm Ruthven Murray.

Questions about the company or store account can be sent to support@mystepandgo.com.

Location services

On certain Android and Huawei builds of Asset Health Global, store disclosures or permission manifests may list fine location, coarse location, or background location permissions because the Huawei Health software development kit requires those permissions to function correctly.

Asset Health Global does not use, store, or track your location data for location tracking purposes. These permissions exist only where they are required to support Huawei Health integration and related device activity services.

Removing your account and personal information

You may request Asset Health Global to deactivate and remove your personal information from the platform at any time through the in-app path Menu > Delete your account, or by using the external deletion page at delete-account.html.

This action is intended to be irreversible. If you register again in future, you may need to create a new account and start fresh in active challenges or leaderboards.

Deletion can take up to 48 hours where reconciliation is needed for challenge totals, leaderboard positions, or winner calculations. If you need account removal sooner because of an urgent privacy issue, contact support@mystepandgo.com.
