DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

We have made it easy to have total control over your personal data.
To delete your account, your have 2 options:

Do it yourself
  • Open your AH Global App on your phone (available in version 1.94 pending Google Play Store Approval)
  • From the main dashboard, select the menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Delete your account"
  • Your account will now be submitted for processing and deletion within 4 - 24 hours
Ask us to delete your account
  • Send an email to ahglobalsupport@assethealth.com with the subject DELETE MY ACCOUNT
  • If you are sending the email from a different account as to what you registered with, specify the email address that your account is linked to
  • You will receive an automated ticket number and your account will be marked for deletion within 4 - 24 hours.
